Shapedown

Shapedown is a 9-week weight management program sponsored by Camino Medical Group for children ages 8-15. The program takes a unique approach to helping the family create an active lifestyle with a healthy eating plan. Each session includes a group activity and break out sessions for both parents and children. Parent participation is required.
