New plaques that line the hallways outside the Community Health Resource Centers (CHRCs) at PAMF's Fremont and Palo Alto Centers honor the many individuals who have volunteered their time to help patients and members of the community find the health information they need.

The plaques read: In grateful recognition of the dedicated volunteers of the Community Health Resource Center.

"It is a privilege to work with our committed volunteers, who have generously given of their time for many years," said June Badal, R.N., manager of PAMF's CHRCs, who added that all volunteers have a health-related background. "The success of the CHRCs is, in large measure, due to our volunteers' commitment and dedication."
