Grants Help Provide Care to Uninsured, Needy Patients
Thanks to PAMF, Axis Community Health in Pleasanton, Ravenswood Family Health Center (RFHC) in East Palo Alto, RotaCare Free Clinic in Mountain View and Tri-City Health Center (TCHC) in Fremont each received grant funding to help provide care to low-income, uninsured and underinsured patients in their local communities. All received individual grants of $100,000 each with the exception of RotaCare, which requested $85,000.

The grants represent a portion of the $2.5 million that Sutter Health, of which PAMF is an affiliate, awarded in October to 26 medical and dental centers in California as part of its Community Clinic Access to Care Grant Program. The program was created to improve access to health care services for those who cannot afford to pay for them. Read more about how the grants will be used...
