Celebrate Thanksgiving in Hawaii with Sun Health Auxiliary

Sign up today and celebrate Thanksgiving at sea on the inaugural Sun Health Auxiliary Benefit Cruise, a 14-day round-trip excursion on Princess Cruise Lines from Los Angeles to the Hawaiian Islands departing Sunday, Nov. 22.

Sponsored by Ford’s World Travel, you’ll avoid the hassles of crowded airports with our convenient “motor-coach-to-your-ship” service. We’ll deliver you right to the pier and pick you up when your ship returns.

Escorted from the Sun Cities by Sun Health Auxiliary’s Bev Autrey, you’ll enjoy a pre-cruise bon voyage party where you’ll meet fellow cruisers. Plus, we’ve planned an onboard cocktail party to meet other cruise members.

Tickets now on sale for Sun Health Auxiliary’s second annual ball

It’s not too early to reserve your seats for one of the most special and memorable events of the year: Sun Health Auxiliary’s second-annual ball “Top Hat & Tails: A Black & White Affaire.”

Dining, dancing and a fabulous silent auction will be main features of this black-and-white-themed ball set for 6 p.m. to midnight Saturday, Nov. 14, at the beautiful Wigwam Golf Resort and Spa in Litchfield Park. Black-tie attire is encouraged for the festive affair, which begins with a no-host cocktail hour to allow guests a first glimpse at a diverse selection of silent-auction items, followed by a gourmet dinner with wine. The dance band “Messinger” will provide music for guests’ pleasure.

Tickets are $150 per person ($30 tax deductible), and corporate tables of 10 – as well as a wide array of sponsorship opportunities – also are available. Funds raised will go toward the purchase of medical equipment for Banner Boswell and Del E. Webb medical centers. Seating is limited, so anyone interested in attending is urged to make reservations as soon as possible.

Checks should be made payable to Sun Health Auxiliary and mailed to: Sun Health Auxiliary Community Engagement, 10448 W. Coggins Drive, Suite C, Sun City, AZ 85351. Attendees also may pay by credit card by calling the auxiliary’s Community Engagement office at 623/876-4931.
