Welcome to the March issue of Health-e Woman
Thank Goodness it’s Spring! To kick off this season of new beginnings, we offer a lot of good information in this March edition of the Health-e Woman newsletter on how to keep you and your family healthy. We’ve got a calendar of events that gives you a chance to meet interesting people and raise money for Banner Boswell and Del Webb medical centers. We’ve got columns with expert medical advice and a springtime recipe from one of our own Banner Health chefs. And to top it off, we offer some common-sense diet advice, just in time to save you from having one more helping of Girl Scout cookies!  
 
Banner Poison Control Center acts to raise awareness of accidental child poisonings


Banner Poison Control Center offers a free, 24-hour hotline available to anyone with questions about accidental ingestions or insect stings and bites. In March, the center is focusing on keeping children safe by offering expert advice on what to do around the house to prevent accidental poisonings.
